University looks into Sex in Second Life

though it seems in an unsystematic way.

Hint, the thing to do is set up a script and situation, and then log the results. I've done this, and the result is data, not anecdotes.

    I don't think they were purposely looking into SL sex; the author just used a story about an escort randomly wandering by to spice up the beginning of a rather rambling story about the SciLands sims and SL and science and all. Sex sells, after all... :)

    You are probably right. I just wish that there were some systematic surveys being done here with real academic backing.
